Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. Announced the introduction of a new series of control knobs for use with the company's panel potentiometer portfolio. The Vishay Sfernice ACCK series devices are available in plastic (ABS) or metal (aluminum) for easy operation with bare hands or gloves and flexible customization to meet specific customer requirements.

The control knob locking mechanism announced today uses lateral screws to provide a complete solution in conjunction with Vishay panel potentiometers for industrial motor drives, welding equipment, power tools and infrastructure, radios, medical equipment, agricultural vehicles and farm equipment, railway equipment, cranes, trucks and ships.

The ACCK series of knobs are round, pointer and flange shaped, with a diameter of 10 mm to 35 mm, a height of 12 mm to 27 mm, and a shaft diameter of 3 mm to 6.35 mm. All knobs can be customised with scale and colour - black, white, silver, grey, blue, red, yellow and green. Metal knobs can also be customized to the shape and shaft diameter.

The ACCK series knobs are now available for sample and have been mass-produced with a 14-week lead time.
