Qorvo's brand-new Wi-Fi® 7 front-end module (FEM). This series of devices is specifically designed for customer terminal devices, smart home devices, portable consumer electronics and wearable devices.

Wi-Fi is the latest Wi-Fi standard, also known as IEEE 802.11be High Throughput (EHT). Wi-Fi 7 operates across three independent frequency bands (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz), and can make full use of spectrum resources. Wi-Fi 7 has added new features specifically designed to provide excellent performance and support the access of a large number of users and devices in bandwidth-intensive environments, offering faster data transmission rates, lower latency and greater network capacity.

The Qorvo QM45655 integrates a multi-TX state power amplifier that supports the frequency band from 5 GHz to 7 GHz. The QM42655 integrates a multi-TX state power amplifier that supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and can be used for high-performance Bluetooth (HP BT). These devices have been optimized to operate within a wide voltage range of 3V to 5V, making them ideal choices for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, as well as wearable devices like VR/AR glasses.

QPF4509 and QPF4609 are Wi-Fi 7 front-end modules suitable for wireless access points, wireless routers, set-top boxes and customer field devices. The QPF4509 offers a frequency range from 5.17 GHz to 5.895 GHz, while the QPF4609 provides a frequency range from 5.925 GHz to 7.125 GHz. These devices integrate power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers and switches, and are optimized to operate at a voltage of 5V. This design effectively reduces power consumption while maintaining high linear output power and excellent throughput.
