Naxin Microelectronics (referred to as "Naxin Microelectronics") recently launched the first 2-wire Hall switch series MT72xx in China. This series of products feature outstanding EMC performance, rich polarity options and highly integrated design. They meet the ASIL-A functional safety certification standards and comply with the EC-Q100 Grade 0 standards. They can be applied in scenarios such as body electronics and domain controller long wire harness applications, providing better solutions for scenarios such as seat belt lock detection and window winder motors


Focus on automotive-grade applications and address the pain points of long wiring harnesses


With the accelerating trend of automotive intelligence and electrification, the functions of vehicle bodies are becoming increasingly complex, and the integration degree of vehicle body domain controllers is constantly improving. This has led to a significant increase in the length of the wiring harness between sensors and controllers, thereby bringing about problems such as rising signal interference risks, increased costs, and reduced system reliability.


The MT72xx series of high-reliability 2-wire current-type Hall switch products launched by Naximi can effectively reduce the number of wire harnesses, lower the cost of wire harnesses and the complexity of system wiring while ensuring the integrity of signal transmission. They are particularly suitable for applications in long wire harness scenarios such as door lock detection, window anti-jamming control, electric tailgate position perception, seat position adjustment, and seat belt locking. Its stable current-type signal output form has excellent anti-interference characteristics. Even in a long wire harness environment, it can still ensure the stability and reliability of the signal.


High integration and high reliability, meeting the strict standards of automotive regulations


In response to the complex automotive-grade environment and strong EMI interference characteristics, the MT72xx integrates a 100nF capacitor internally, effectively enhancing EMC and ESD performance, simplifying the configuration of peripheral components, saving BOM space, and improving the flexibility of the vehicle's system structure design. The product meets the EC-Q100 Grade 0 standard, ADAPTS to high-temperature and harsh environments, and ensures the long-term stable operation of the entire vehicle.


In addition, the MT72xx supports multiple induction polarity options such as unipolar, fully polar, and latch. Combined with different sensitivity thresholds, it can flexibly adapt to various magnet schemes and vehicle structure requirements, significantly enhancing design freedom and reducing the complexity of development and debugging.

To further enhance the development efficiency of customers, Naximi simultaneously launched the MT72xx dedicated demo board and magnetic field simulation service, helping customers quickly complete the selection verification and magnet solution matching, reduce development and debugging costs, and shorten the product introduction cycle.
